National Suicide Prevention Lifeline
Available to anyone in emotional distress or a suicidal crisis. Open 24/7 and staffed by more than 160 crisis centers. Spanish line is available: 1-888-628-9454.

Provides immediate access to crisis or routine services. You can also download the MyGCAL app to text, chat, or call GCAL. Open 7 days a week, 24/7.

The Trevor Lifeline
For youth in crisis or that just need to talk to someone in a safe and judgment-free space. The Trevor Project specializes in LGBTQ+ mental health. Text is also available text "START" to 678-678.
Early Learning Professional Helpline
From the Department of Early Care and Learning, this line is for professionals to access resources related to inclusion of children with disabilities in early childhood settings.
